The plugin itself is light. The pixels have to talk to Meta, Google or TikTok, but those requests are asynchronous, so the page keeps loading and your visitors are not affected. A cache plugin is recommended, as for any WordPress site.

Any other plugin or snippet that adds the same pixel: the same tag loaded twice causes double counting. Pages generated outside WordPress (landing page builders that host the page for you) cannot be tracked by the plugin. Upsell plugins that add a page after the transaction can affect purchase tracking; their developers can use our purchase event filter.
