How to renew your license

Our plugin license expires after one year after the purchase, there are no other mentions on the sales page.

Your plugin will continue to work after the license expires.

Updates, support and license activations on new domains require a valid license. You can find more details on our Software License Agreement

Manually renew your license

Some licenses will require you to manually renew them. There are several ways to do it:

Follow the link from our email

Before the license is about to expire, we will send you a few emails. Follow the dedicated link and pay for the license renewal.

From your account

Log into your account and click on the “View License” link. Clik on the “Extend license” link and complete the payment.

From your plugin

When the license is about to expire the plugin will show messages directly inside your WordPress dashboard. Follow the links there and complete the payment.

On the website

For this to work, you need to know your license key.

Go on the product page and add it to cart. On the checkout click on the “Click to renew an existing license” link and paste your license key. Complete your payment.

What to do next

Once you renew your license there is nothing you must do.

IMPORTANT: if the license was already expired, you need to re-enable it on your website. Open your plugin license section, deactivate it and activate it again.

Automatic license renewals – Subscriptions

Some product will automatically configure Subscriptions. In this case, the renewal will be performed automatically if the payment you provided still works.

We will let you know in advance about the automatic renewal. A message with more details will be sent to your email before the payment is processed.

You can cancel a Subscription from your account at any time.
