What PixelYourSite MCP Can Do
Once connected, just talk to your AI assistant in plain language. You do not need to know which tools exist or how they work. Ask a question and the assistant figures out what to look up. Ask it to make a change and it will tell you exactly what it is about to do before doing anything.
A good starting point is to ask: “What can you do with my PixelYourSite setup?” The assistant will describe its capabilities in the context of your specific site. Or start with: “Check my tracking setup” and it will run a full audit and report back on anything that needs attention.
Everything the assistant reads or changes is inside PixelYourSite. It has no access to your ad platform dashboards, no access to other plugins, and no access to customer data. Write operations require your explicit confirmation before anything is saved. Write tools require PixelYourSite Pro.

Tracking audit
“Check my tracking setup” or “Is anything wrong with my tracking?”
The assistant runs a single check across your entire configuration and reports only what needs attention. Areas that are healthy come back clean with no noise. Areas with issues come back with an explanation and, where possible, a suggested fix.
The audit covers: pixels, server-side delivery (CAPI), advanced matching, content ID consistency, WooCommerce events, EDD events, custom events, GTM, SuperPack, catalog feed alignment, EDD feed alignment, attribution reports sync status, and recent MCP activity.
Pixels and platforms
“What pixels do I have configured?” or “Is my Facebook CAPI enabled?”
Read: pixel IDs for each platform, CAPI status, Super Pack extra pixels, Google Ads conversion labels.
Write (Pro): save or update a pixel ID or conversion ID. Save or rotate a server-side API token. Enable or disable CAPI delivery without re-entering the token.
Supported platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Pinterest, Bing, Reddit, GTM. Pinterest, Bing, and Reddit require their respective PYS add-on plugins.
WooCommerce events
“Which WooCommerce events are enabled?” or “Change my content ID source to SKU”
Read: all funnel event toggle states, content ID settings per platform, lifecycle event thresholds, POAS status.
Write (Pro): toggle funnel events on or off, change content ID source and prefix/suffix, adjust lifecycle thresholds, enable POAS.
EDD events
“Show me my EDD event configuration”
Read: funnel event toggle states and content ID settings per platform.
Write (Pro): toggle funnel events on or off, change content ID source and prefix/suffix.
Advanced matching and EMQ
“What advanced matching fields are configured?” or “Help me improve my Event Match Quality”
Advanced matching sends customer data (name, email, phone) alongside pixel events so platforms can match more events to real users. The primary benefit is improving Meta Event Match Quality (EMQ), but the same field name configuration also feeds TikTok Pixel match rate, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, and GA4 User-Provided Data. One setup, multiple platforms.
Each platform has its own matching master switch. If a platform’s matching switch is off, the shared field names do nothing for it.
What gets matched automatically without any configuration:
- Logged-in WordPress users — name and email come from their account
- WooCommerce checkout and order events — billing name, email, and phone are populated automatically
- EDD checkout and order events — customer name and email are populated automatically
What needs configuration: Anonymous form submissions (contact forms, newsletter signups, lead forms) require you to tell PYS which form field names carry each data dimension. That is what the assistant helps you set up.
Read (Pro): current DOM field names and URL parameter names for each dimension (first name, last name, email, phone), per-platform matching switch states, locked default field names that are always active, and which dimensions have gaps.
Write (Pro): set or update field names and URL parameter names. Enable or disable matching per platform. Scan a page to find form field names automatically (up to 3 URLs per call, own-domain only).
Automatic events
“Which automatic events are active?” or “Turn off the scroll event”
Read: on/off state of every automatic event.
Write (Pro): toggle any automatic event on or off, update thresholds where applicable.
Automatic events include: form submissions, signups, logins, downloads, comments, AdSense clicks, scroll depth, time on page, 404 pages, search, internal links, outbound links, phone link clicks, email link clicks, video plays (YouTube, Vimeo, HTML5), rage clicks, and video speed changes.
Custom events
“What custom events do I have?” or “Create an event that fires when someone visits the pricing page”
Read: list all custom events with their trigger types and active platforms. Read the full configuration of one event by ID.
Write (Pro): create or update a custom event. Enable, disable, or delete an existing event.
Supported triggers: page visit, home page, scroll depth, post type, number of page visits, URL click, CSS click, CSS mouseover, add to cart, purchase, video view, email link, copy element, video speed change, Google Ads phone conversion, and form plugin triggers (Contact Form 7, WPForms, Ninja Forms, Gravity Forms, Formidable, Fluent Forms, and others).
For triggers that require pointing at a specific element on a page (CSS selectors, specific video players), use the Event Setup Tool in the WordPress admin instead.
Catalog feed alignment
“Does my product feed match my pixel content IDs?”
Read: compare PYS WooCommerce content ID settings against the Product Catalog Feed plugin. The assistant explains any discrepancy and suggests a fix.
Write (Pro): apply the suggested fix after confirmation.
Requires Product Catalog Feed for WooCommerce 5.9 or later.
EDD feed alignment
“Are my EDD content IDs aligned with my feed?”
Read: compare PYS EDD content ID settings against the EDD Products Feed Pro plugin.
Write (Pro): apply the fix after confirmation.
Requires EDD Products Feed Pro 2.1 or later.
Attribution reports
“What were my top traffic sources last month?” or “What products did my summer campaign sell?”
Read: revenue totals and ranked breakdown by traffic source, landing page, UTM campaign, UTM source, UTM medium, UTM content, or UTM term. Drill into one value to see products sold, daily revenue, or per-order revenue. WooCommerce and EDD are always queried separately.
Requires “Save data to orders” enabled in PYS settings and the historical sync completed.
SuperPack
“What is my SuperPack configuration?”
Read: SuperPack global configuration and active status.
Write (Pro): update SuperPack settings.
What the assistant can never do
- Return API tokens, server-side credentials, or any saved sensitive value. Credentials are write-only.
- Return customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, or order details.
- Access live ad platform data such as campaign stats, ROAS, audience sizes, or ad spend. Those live in the platform dashboards.
- Make any change without your explicit confirmation first.
- Combine WooCommerce and EDD data in a single answer. They are always separate.
- Access other WordPress plugins, the file system, or the database outside of PYS settings.
