Auto-Renewals, Cancelation, Manual Renewals
Our licenses are valid for one or two years. The duration of each license is specified on the product page and visible inside your account.
Auto-renewals
When you buy a product from us, we automatically configure a Subscription (auto-renewal). This ensures that the license is automatically renewed after one year.
Before each auto-renewal, we sent 2 emails to your account email address. The first four weeks and the second with one week in advance.
How to cancel a subscription (auto-renewals)
You can cancel Auto-renewals at any time.
Log in to your account and look for the Subscriptions section. If you have any, you will see a few details, like the product name and the annually billed amount, the status, the renewal date, the initial payment, the number of times billed and a link for the invoice.
In order to cancel a subscription, retrieve the “Cancel” button and click on it. If you can’t see the “Cancel” button, it means the subscription is already canceled, or the license does not have one.
If you have any trouble with this process, please contact us.
Manual Renewals
If you don’t have an active subscription, you can manually renew your licenses.
Log in to your account and open the License tab. Locate your license.
If it’s already expired, click on the “Renew now” link next to it.
If the license is not yet expired, click on the Extend link. This will add a new cycle to the license, starting with the actual expiration date (you don’t lose anything).
Price Lock
Auto-renewals lock in your renewal price — it’s set when you purchase or renew your license. As long as auto-renewal stays active, your renewal price won’t increase.
Manual renewals use the current price at the time you renew, which may be higher than what you paid before.
The renewal price is shown on the product page and is typically the full product price. Any discounts offered for the initial purchase don’t apply to renewals unless we clearly say otherwise.
