Product Level Options
This panel lets you override feed data for one specific product (instead of relying on global/feed-level defaults). Use it when you need to fix missing attributes, control how the product shows in catalogs, or exclude it.

The small badges on the right (FB | G | P | T | R) show which platforms use that field:
- FB = Meta/Facebook catalog
- G = Google Merchant / Google feeds
- P = Pinterest
- T = TikTok
- R = Reddit
What each option does
Exclude this product from feeds
If enabled, this product is not exported in any generated feed(s).
Use it for: services, bundles you don’t want advertised, restricted items, internal products, etc.
Google Taxonomy
Select a Google product category for this product (per-product override).
This helps Google classify items correctly and can reduce disapprovals.
product_type
Your own category path (often based on your store structure).
Commonly used by Google as product_type and can also be helpful for segmentation/bidding.
MPN / GTIN / Brand
These are product identifiers used by catalog platforms:
- GTIN = barcode (EAN/UPC/ISBN)
- MPN = manufacturer part number
- Brand = manufacturer/brand name
If you sell branded products, filling these correctly improves matching and approval rates.
auto_pricing_min_price
Used for Google Automated Discounts. It’s basically the minimum allowed price for automated discount logic.
(You’ll typically use this only if you run Google Automated Discounts and you’ve set up Cost of Goods.)
identifier_exists
Tells platforms (especially Google) whether the product has identifiers.
Use this when you legitimately don’t have GTIN/MPN/Brand (e.g., custom handmade items).
Condition
Product condition (e.g., new/used/refurbished). Important for compliance.
Custom Title / Custom Description
Overrides the feed title/description for this product only.
Useful when you want feed-friendly text (clearer, shorter, better keywords) without changing the store page.
Custom URL
Overrides the product link in the feed.
Useful for sending ads to a dedicated landing page, or a different canonical URL.
Carousel ad / Single product ad (image uploads)
Lets you upload ad-specific images for catalogs:
- One optimized for carousel
- One optimized for single item ads
Great if your store images aren’t ideal for ads (cropping, text overlays, aspect ratio).
Add extra fields (custom attributes per platform)
This adds custom key/value fields to the exported feed row for this product.
- Field name = the attribute name
- Custom value = what to send
- Check the platforms where it should be included (Facebook, Google Merchant, Google Custom Remarketing, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit)
Use for mapping: enables using that value in mapping logic (note the 100-char limit if mapped to some “custom label” type fields).
At the bottom:
- Custom field dropdown lets you pick an existing WooCommerce field/attribute and then Add new field (instead of typing a fixed value manually).
Quick examples
- Exclude a product: enable Exclude this product from feeds for a service or gift card.
- Fix missing approval data: set Brand + GTIN for one problematic product.
- Improve segmentation: add an extra field like
custom_label_0 = High margin(for the platforms you use). - Better ad landing: set Custom URL to a dedicated promo page.
