Social Connect works seamlessly with the PixelYourSite plugin to improve your tracking accuracy on Facebook/Meta. When users log in using the Facebook button managed by this plugin, the system can capture the unique Meta Login ID.

Why is this important?

Sending the Facebook User ID with your Conversion API (CAPI) events significantly increases your Event Match Quality (EMQ) score. This allows Meta to match the event to a specific Facebook user with near 100% accuracy, leading to:

  • Better Ad Attribution
  • Improved Custom Audience targeting
  • Higher quality reporting

How to Enable

  1. Go to Social Connect > Settings in your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Scroll down to the Store the Meta Login ID section.
  3. Enable Store the Meta login ID.
  4. Enable Allow us use this value to improve tracking and measurement.

Once enabled, Social Connect will save the ID when a user logs in via Facebook. PixelYourSite will then automatically detect this ID and include it in CAPI events sent to Meta.

Note: This feature requires the main PixelYourSite plugin to be installed and configured.
