Export Options
These tools export customer/order data from WooCommerce so you can use it in ad platforms for audiences, value-based lookalikes, or offline conversions. They’re especially useful when you want to use historical data, fix gaps, or sync buyers outside the browser pixel.

1) WooCommerce Custom Audience Export file (LTV)
What it does: exports a customer file that includes Lifetime Value (LTV).
Why it’s useful
- Create a Custom Audience (your customers)
- Create a Value-Based Lookalike (Meta can prioritize people similar to your highest value customers)
Button
- Export clients LTV file: downloads the file you upload into Meta when building a customer list / value-based lookalike.
2) Google Customer Export file
What it does: exports a customer dataset for Google (Customer Match / audience imports, depending on your workflow).
Order status
Choose which orders are used to build the export.
- Recommended: usually Completed (only real purchases)
- Add Processing if your store treats Processing as “paid”
- Avoid Failed/Cancelled unless you have a special reason
Select
Controls how much data is exported:
- Export from last time (recommended)
Exports only new data since your last export, so you don’t re-upload duplicates. - (Other options, if available in your build) typically include exporting all data or a specific time range.
Use SHA-256 data encoding
If enabled, PixelYourSite hashes customer fields (email/phone, etc.) using SHA-256.
- Recommended: turn this ON for privacy and because most platforms expect hashed data.
Button
- Export the current data set: downloads the export file based on the selections above.
3) Export transactions as offline conversions — Facebook (Meta)
What it does: exports WooCommerce transactions in a format you can upload to Meta as Offline Events / Offline Conversions.
Why it’s useful
- Send purchase data to Meta even when the browser pixel missed it
- Upload historical purchases
- Use final order status logic (great for “only completed orders count”)
Order status
Same idea as above:
- Recommended: Completed
- Add Processing only if it reliably means “paid” in your store
Select
Controls whether you export only what’s new or more:
- Export from last time (recommended)
Exports only transactions that weren’t included in the previous export.
Buttons
- Export for Meta: exports in the exact format Meta expects for offline uploads.
- Export all tracked data: exports a broader dataset (useful for debugging, archiving, or advanced processing).
