Bulk Recalculation
If you add or change costs after orders were already placed, your past orders will still show the old saved profit values. Run a bulk recalculation to update historical Cost & Profit using your current rules.
Recalculate past orders (bulk)
- Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Cost of Goods by PixelYourSite.
- Scroll to Calculate cost of goods and profit for your existing orders.

Runs right away in your browser. Best for stores with a small number of orders. - Calculate in background
Processes orders in the background using WP-Cron. Recommended for large stores to avoid browser/server timeouts.
What happens
The plugin will go through your existing orders and compute Order Cost and Order Profit based on your current cost logic:
Variation → Product → Category → Global (fallback order)
After it finishes, your reports and order columns will reflect the updated historical profit.
