How to Troubleshoot Your Facebook Pixel – Pixel Helper Explained

Watch this short video to see how to install and  use Pixel Helper Chrome extension.

Down on this page you will find Pixel Helper’s error messages explained

Pixel Helper Chrome Extension can show a number of messages, some of them being real errors, some of them simple warnings or false errors. We try to cover them all in this article.

Keep in mind that Facebook is in constant change, and some of the errors messages on this page might be replaced by others or simply out of use. We do our best to keep the list here up to date and useful.

What is Facebook Pixel Helper Chrome Extension?

Pixel Helper is an official Facebook pixel testing tools. It’s connected to Facebook itself, so the results it gives are usually pretty accurate.

Facebook Pixel Helper functions in the background in order to automatically review the websites you are browsing. It reviews the websites for code similar to a Facebook pixel. Whenever a website features an installed pixel, the extension icon will take the blue color, making a small badge appear. This badge will indicate how many events were found on that page. If you click the extension button after it has turned blue, useful information on the Facebook pixels will appear.

In case the pixel is placed where it’s supposed to be and is also being loaded the correctly, the site indicator will take the color green. In case something is not right, the indicator will take the color red. When the indicator is red, you also receive a short explanation about what needs to be fixed, and how to fix it.

IMPORTANT: The pixel itself won’t send any data if you use an ad-blocking software. Sometimes the extension will show the pixel with a message saying that no data was sent, sometimes it won’t show anything. It’s important to turn your ad-blocker OFF when you test the pixel.

How to Install Facebook Pixel Helper

If you want to use the Facebook Pixel Helper, you’ll have to first make sure that the web browser Chrome is installed on your computer. After that, check with the Chrome Store and get the Pixel Helper. Follow the instructions the Chrome Store has and install the extension in your browser. As soon as the Facebook Pixel Helper is installed, an icon </> will appear next to your address bar.

How to Verify Pixel Implementation

Navigate through the website with your Chrome browser. Click the Pixel Helper icon. A small window with pixel related info will appear. It will tell you what pixels was found on the page, and if these pixels have successfully loaded. In case your pixels have loaded successfully, you can start to run ads with them.

You will also see each pixel event that was fired. Click on the event to see its parameters, what type of Advanced Matching info was sent, URL called, load time and pixel location:

Troubleshooting Pixel Errors

Facebook Pixel Helper reports common errors that indicate something needs to be fixed in order for the product to be used properly.

pixel-helper-test

  • Pixel Did Not Load: Sometimes can be ignored

When this error appears it means that the Facebook Pixel Helper has managed to find what looks like Facebook pixel code on the website, but the actual HTTP call hasn’t been made. This usually happens because of an error in the code, but it can also occur when the pixel fires on a dynamic event, for example, a click button. In this case, the error will disappear if you click the button.

  • Resembles a Standard Event: Sometimes can be ignored

This error means that the Facebook Pixel Helper discovered a custom event that seems similar to a Facebook Standard Event. Let’s take an example: instead of AddToCart, it is AddtCart. It is recommendable that standard events are used whenever possible. If you actually intend to use that custom event with that particular name, you can ignore this warning.

  • Encoded Characters: Sometimes Take Action

When this appears, it means that the Facebook Pixel Helper came across something that seems to be double-encoded characters. This could happen because of a tag or a CSM system that encodes information that has already been encoded. For example, encoding &amp; into &amp;amp;. Please confirm and make sure that characters are not being encoded two times, for example, change &amp; to &. Sometimes this is not a real warning, if, for example, you use a & symbol in your title.

  • The Facebook pixel activated 2 times on this web page: Sometimes can be ignored

This is usually an error since an event should load only once on a page. There are some situations when this can be safely ignored. For example, when you have a dynamic event triggered on click that is activated multiple times.

Facebook can show this message in relation to a single event, and not to the pixel. This means that the pixel code itself wasn’t activated twice, but just one event.

  • Invalid Pixel ID: Take Action

This is an error that means the sent ID for the pixel did not match a known pixel ID in the system. If you’re using the PixelYouSite plugin, double check the ID you enter and make the necessary correction.

Troubleshooting Suggestions

Some of the warnings you can see in the Pixel Helper are not exactly errors on your side, but purely improvement suggestions that the software thinks you can take into consideration.

Dynamic Ads & Product Catalog Related Errors:

Those are all messages that Pixel Helper gives (or used to give at some point) related to Facebook Dynamic Ads (Promote a product catalog option)

  • Facebook Pixel can’t match products

  • The Pixel is not paired with any product catalog

  • No products found for given content

  • Unable to Find Product Catalog

  • Pixel Doesn’t Have a Product Catalog Pair

They mean that the product ID sent by the pixel is not found in a Product Catalog, or that no Product Catalog exists.

If you are not using Facebook Dynamic Ads (Promote a product catalog option) or if the content is not a product, you can ignore this message.

If you do Dynamic Ads you must check the product feed and make sure that it has all the products you want it to have. Here is a video on how to create a Product Catalog

If you do Dynamic ads and you have a Product Catalog that is supposed to contain that specific product ID do the following:

  • make sure that the pixel and the Product Catalog ID and the pixel content_ids parameter are using the same logic (product ID or product SKU)
  • check if the product ID exits in your Product Catalog
  • check if the catalog is connected to the same pixel ID you are using on the site. You can control this from the Catalog Settings, Event Source.

Other warnings you might have:

  • Pixel Took too Long to Load: Sometimes can be ignored

This error indicates that it took too much time before the pixel was activated. This may happen because of the location of the pixel on the page. If someone who visited your web page closes it, clicks on a link, or simply just navigates away before the pixel event gets to be activated, the action is not going to be tracked. Because of this, an important percentage of actions and conversions can be lost. That’s why it is recommended for the pixel code to be placed early in the web page. Some prefer to put it, in HTML, just before the closing </head> tag. If you are using PixelYourSite the code is inserted on top of your page, so it will load fast.

  • Pixel is Not the Only Conversion: Sometimes can be ignored

It is not recommended to load multiple conversion events on one page. This will make the optimization inefficient, together with the tracking of those conversion events. You could use one conversion pixel across all ads optimizing or tracking for the event. If a secondary conversion event takes place when a person interacts with the web page (for example, when it does a button click), the warning can be ignored.

  • Content_type is missing, should be either ‘product’ or ‘product_group’: Sometimes can be ignored

This usually means that the content_type parameter is not “product” or “product_group”. If the event is not used for Facebook Dynamic Ads you can ignore it. It looks like Facebook decided to drop this message lately.

  • You Have Opted Out of Tracking: Take action

This is related to your Facebook Privacy settings and means that you have opted out of tracking from Facebook. Because of this, Facebook Pixel Helper extension will not work, leaving potential pixel problems undetected. To fix it, temporarily modify your ads settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads

How to Uninstall Facebook Pixel Helper

  1. I get yellow warning symbol on view content. It says.. Can’t match products.
If I do not change anything… Will this warning affect my Facebook ad in any way?

  2. Hi there,

What does it indicate when the pixel helper shows some messages in blue? For my site, there is a little ‘i” in blue against the “Lead” pixel.

  3. I am seeing a small orange exclamation sign next to the add to cart and enter checkout events. Does this mean it’s not collecting data on these events? I’ve created custom audiences for these events and they’re still empty.

  4. Hi!

I have tried install the Facebook Pixel Helper Plugin in the Google Web Store, but there are a lot of people not succeed to finish this installation.

Do you know how can I fix it?

    Best,

    1. No, but I’ve seen all sorts of problems with this extension lately. I guess an update for it will come soon.

  5. Hi, I manage several sites for an agency and am getting a pageview pixel error across the board. “Pixel did not load”.
Any idea how to fix this, since it must be a bug within the plugin?

    Best,

        1. If it’s indeed the cache, you simply delete it. But I only guessing, of course. I can’t give you a definitive answer without actually investigating the problem.

  6. My pixels are not found on my FB site??. What can I do? I have deactivated the plugin and then installed it again. I even used the Facebook-woo-commerce pixel plugin and nothing??? Help

  7. Hi, I’m seeing some weird things in Facebook Analytics & the Facebook Pixel Helper (some of the events aren’t loading eg. search, reigstration), is there something wrong with the code? FB Analytics is saying that #100 Invalid keys “source” were found in param “queries(0)”. What should the code be? I’ve deleted the cache, there’s no ad blocker, I read through all your tips.

    1. I’ve been on your site and the pixel is completely faulty. Unfortunately, you don’t use our plugin, so I am not really able to help you.

  8. Have been doing everything as described in several articles but I keep getting these messages from facebook:

Parameter content_type missing in “ViewContent” in Facebook-pixel
Parameter content_ids missing in “ViewContent” in Facebook-pixel
Missing “AddToCart, Purchase” events in Facebook-pixel

These are the events the plugins should automaticly add but somehow isn’t. How could this be fixed because my dynamic adds don’t work now.

    1. Hi, if you use our plugin, please contact us by using the Support page. Mention the site too, so we can check it.

    1. No, it’s not compatible with their old landing pages (because they strip every other JS files), but it works fine with the new Thrice Architect.

      1. So do you mean we have to use their thrive architect for the plug in to work?

I tried adding an Add tocart even to a hyperlink on a specific page but it is not firing on FB

  9. how to add a purchase event value dynamically (using variable, because depending upon the user purchase the value is getting changed)?

    1. Our plugin does this automatically for WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads. You don’t have to do anything.

  10. Hi, I have a shopify store and placed the pixel ID under “preferences” as directed by shopify. Now when I installed FB Pixel Checker software it doesn’t read my pixel ID and says “No Pixel Found on mywebsite” whereas the FB business account says that pixel install completed successfully and says “Last received last minute” on the chart. So, why the FB Pixel checker unable to read the pixel on my website? What is that I need to do to make FB pixel checker recognize the pixel on my website? FYI I reinstalled FB pixel checker extension and also that it reads the pixel IDs from anther page (facebook developer page) so I doubt if there is an issue with the FB pixel checker itself. Totally confused. Appreciate your response. Thanks.

  11. I recently installed my fb pixel on my shopify store and all went fine (I was so proud!!) I used the Pixel Helper today and it says “No pixels found on [my shopify store]”

Huh?? What do I do now? I uninstalled and reinstalled the pixel. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Fb Pixel Helper, but the icon is still grey and still says nothing is detected.

I sent my store link to a freind and she says the pixel looks like it’s working when SHE clicks on her Pixel helper — I am really confused. Thanks for any insight. And explain it to me like I’m 2 years old — especially the “how to fix it” part 😉

  12. Hello,

I have installed pixel, and pixel helper. It works fine. I have checked AddToCart and Purchase event fires when it should.
I have made product catalog with Woo feed, and in diagnostics it reports an error
    “Must Fix
These errors need to be fixed.
We haven’t detected the events AddToCart, Purchase coming from your pixel”

    Help please

    1. If you can see the events with Pixel Helper, you’re fine. Facebook it’s slow in updating their data sometimes.

  13. “The usual suspects: you’re using some add blocker, or you’re excluding your user role.”

Can you walk us through WHERE we go to fix this and exactly what to do?

I’m pulling my hair out over the same issue but don’t understand how to fix it. 🙁

  14. I’m attempting to create a new catalog, but I keep receiving this message from my Facebook Pixel: facebook pixel missing content type parameter. Any idea what is causing this and how to fix it?

  15. So to try and put a long story short I deactivated my ad account and started a new one due to needing to change to Aus time and aud. the old account is still pending deactivation. Set up a new pixel (yes I’m gutted all that hard work seasoning this one is now gone ) and installed the code on shopify. But every time I go to check the pixel in ads manager it says not receiving data and complete installation. The pixel helper in chrome shows it’s there and funny enough o set up an ad tha originally didn’t see a pixel for add to cart but now has a green light. Anyone have any suggestions as to why the pixel isn’t loading properly? Could it be because the old account with old pixel is still pending deactivation? I’m very frustrated to say the least and any help would be gratefully appreciated. I’ve scoured through all the Facebook help topics and can’t find a solution or reason. Thanks

    1. That message can sit there for a while, but it will go away once some data is being sent to Facebook. The pending deactivation account is not the problem.

  16. Hi,
I get from Facebook the message:
Missing “InitiateCheckout, Purchase, Search, ViewContent” events in Pixel …
Facebook Pixel Helper does not show me errors.

    Can you help me please.

    1. Delete your cache and check again. If this doesn’t help, contact us on our support page. We will need more details to debug this problem.

  17. I have a huge problem because my pixel doesn’t recognize purchase and initiate checkout events so I can’t do anything. Help

    1. Hi,

I’ve been on your website and I can see the InitiateCheckout event working. I can’t test the Purchase event since I would need to make a transaction.

PS. We have a Support link in the top menu, it’s better to use it instead of adding comments here. We might miss them.

  18. Hi

The pixel installer is showing as working but when I go to create the ad it’s saying verify your pixel code, when i click on complete registration it’s red not green. I’ve set it up on my own account wth no problems. This is for a friend and I can’t see what haven’t done

    1. It takes some time until the date on the Pixels page is updated, so you are probably fine. Make sure that you can see the pixel with Pixel Helper. If the site has some traffic, this will be fixed pretty fast.

  19. I have a yellow triangle that says “PageVisibilityChanged –> WARNING: The Facebook pixel activated 10 times on this web page, which can cause errors in your event tracking.” What does this mean and what should I do about it?

  20. Hello,
I installed my Facebook Pixel on an entire new website using Google Tag Manger.
However, after the installation, I get a message that “2 pixels found on [my website]”.
    Here is a screenshot:
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/0v1re6wk7xzur5t/MistryPixel.JPG

If I pause the pixel’s basic tag on GTM, no pixel will be detected.

This is the content in my GTM tag:

    !function(f,b,e,v,n,t,s){if(f.fbq)return;n=f.fbq=function(){n.callMethod?
    n.callMethod.apply(n,arguments):n.queue.push(arguments)};if(!f._fbq)f._fbq=n;
    n.push=n;n.loaded=!0;n.version=’2.0′;n.queue=[];t=b.createElement(e);t.async=!0;
    t.src=v;s=b.getElementsByTagName(e)[0];s.parentNode.insertBefore(t,s)}(window,
    document,’script’,’https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/fbevents.js’);

    fbq(‘init’, ‘15550087[the rest of my pixel id]’);
    fbq(‘set’,’agent’,’tmgoogletagmanager’, ‘15550087[the rest of my pixel id]’);
    fbq(‘track’, “PageView”);
    window.google_tag_manager[{{Container ID}}].onHtmlSuccess({{HTML ID}});

The only strange thing I had is that in my initial installation through Facebook’s wizard, the installation hanged after clicking ‘publish’ and has not completed (no changes occurred on GTM). I had to start the installation process again and in the second time it worked.

Any idea what could be the reason or how to detect the problem?
    Any other suggestions?

Thank you so much in advance.

  21. I get yellow warning symbol on view content. It say “Can’t match products”
I use Shopify platform and I do FB adds. How that can affect my adds?

    1. It’s in this article: it won’t affect your normal ads, it’s related to Dynamic Product Ads only. If you do DPA, they will be affected.

  22. Pixel Helper shows everything alright. View Content, Add to Cart, Checkout, Purchase. But when I go to Facebook catalog which shows my products, it shows this error…
Missing “AddToCart, Purchase” events in your Pixel

  23. Every time I add a new product to my website, the pixel helper shows warning. The warning goes only after I upload a new version of product feed through an app.

  24. Hi, I have the Facebook pixel on my site, working OK and I would like to create a custom event for showing phone number. Facebook Pixel Helper says a custom parameter is fired (SubscribedButtonClick), but I don’t know how to add it as an event in Facebook platform 🙁 Could you give me a clue or some ideas, please?

      1. Oh, I see. I will try to convince the client to install the plugin, it would be such a great help. Thank you for your answer!

  25. I was able to install FB Pixel using Google Tag Manager (thanks for the great YouTube Videos) and Google Tag Manager says it’s firing correctly BUT Facebook Pixel Helper Chrome Extension gives an error that it did not load. And when I go into Facebook Analytics Event Debugging, it doesn’t show any record of my visits.

  26. I am trying to understand why Pixel Helper can find 2 pixels at my website. Both are green, however one is missing Faceboook ID. Location of both is the same “www.dekostacja.pl” and the screenshot is very similar to the one that H14 shared above.
I am not sure if it means that neither of pixel works? or everything is fine? No errors in red are shown.
    Please help.

    1. The “ghost” pixel is nothing but a false positive from Pixel Helper, probably due to some cache or minify. Is not doing/sending anything.

    1. You probably have some extra code adding it. Any idea about old pixel configurations? Maybe someone that worked on your website?

  27. How can it be possible? Error : Missing “ViewContent, Search, AddToWishlist, Lead” events in CarSmart Pixel

  28. I am getting this error “We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.”

    Please help me.
    Thanks

    1. I had this same error and found a solution which worked, at least in my case. I use Google Tag Manager to send event data for Facebook custom conversions. I have also installed Facebook Pixel code with tag manager. If you have installed facebook pixel code through a CMS plugin for example, this solutions is not going to work.

For some reason, tag manager tried to send the content_name of the event before the pixel code was loaded. What I did to fix this was the following.
      1. Open the custom conversion tag which gives the warning in Google Tag Manager
      2. Click the tag
      3. Open the Advanced settings
      4. Click Tag Sequencing
      5. Click fire a tag before “you custom conversion tag” fires
      6. Choose you pixel code tag
      7. save
      8. publish or preview.

      Hope this helps

  29. Hi There,

I have an error in my source code on Firefox , however, my test on google chrome shows it is installed correctly and it is sending information back to Facebook.

Is this anything to be concerned about, or how can it be resolved?

    Thanks,

    Markus

  30. I was able to did everything right at first and it’s connected and activated. But as I was trying to add conversions, I did some trial and errors and now it’s still active but I don’t think it’s connected anymore because I’ve been accessing the webpage so many times but the facebook report says last activity was a few hours before. What I have now:
    PageView

  31. I am getting message :
    Lead
    WARNINGS
The Facebook pixel activated 2 times on this web page, which can cause errors in your event tracking.

This is the pixel I have on my thank you page, which I think is correct.

    fbq(‘track’, ‘Lead’);

Apparently I also have a lead pixel on the Opt-In page which I need to get rid of. Would this be creating the error message? Thank you, Kerry

    1. You need to remove the manually added code, since you’ve already configured the Lead event using our plugin.

  32. Hi, I could see an extra lead pixel getting fired on the page after filling the form although I haven’t placed any such pixel through Google tag manager not has the pixel been placed on the source of the site.
    Please help. Thanks

  33. You may want to make that info about disabling an ad blocker more prominent at the top. Call it out more b/c even though I know better, I have several going and wasted 30 minutes looking for a solution when it was just an ad blocker. Good plugin.

  34. Interesting article — I don’t see my particular error, though. I am using a Twitter Universal Pixel on Shopify (installed in my theme.liquid and in the order confirmation page) and I get the following error on all my shop pages:

Unknown parameter “tw_document_href”. Twitter will not recognize this param. Check the spelling of the parameter.

The parameter value is the URL of the shop. Not really necessary information, but is this causing the pixel data to fail?

Also, every page I visit has the same parameters, including tw_sale_amount and tw_order_quantity, and not much else that’s interesting. Am I not going to get any granular information out of this?

    Thanks,
    Marc

  35. Hi,
Can I use Pixel Helper Chrome extention on an iOs or Android run tablet devices? It doesn’t seem to be compatible

  36. Can the pixel helper be used to troubleshoot custom conversions (not custom events…custom conversions)? I had a FB rep tell me that custom conversions and custom events are the same thing.

I’m trying to track why my test transactions (on an ad campaign I’m running) did not show up as conversions and am looking for any tools that would help debug the custom conversion tracking.

    1. Pixel helper will not track custom conversions, but it can track the conditions used for them. So you can sort of debugging them, but not directly.

  37. I am using the chrome extension, and it is showing 2 different pixels on my site. There is the correct one, and an old pixel we used long ago. When I view the page source on any page, it only lists the new and correct pixel code. Why is Pixel Helper saying the old pixel is still there, when it is not?

  38. In last month or so, our Purchase and InitiateCheckout event stopped working. Since then, we can’t find a solution for it. Pixel is integrated within GTM and in GTM preview and debug, a pixel is always firing but in the pixel helper, it’s always a yellow triangle.

This is the error we get every time:
“We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.”

Does anyone have a solution to the problem?

    1. I had this same error and found a solution which worked, at least in my case. I use Google Tag Manager to send event data for Facebook custom conversions. I have also installed Facebook Pixel code with tag manager.

      5. Click fire a tag before “you custom conversion tag” fires
      6. Choose you pixel code tag
      7. save
      8. publish or preview.

  39. Hi there, my Pixel Helper has been working fine but, for some reason, it’s now grey and I’m not getting anything, no drop down, just a black small box when I click on it. I’ve removed and reinstalled and it’s still the same. Can you think of anything else this could be?

PS – my website is still in construction mode but it’s not working on any sites.

  40. So I had quite a bit of trouble figuring out why neither my Facebook pixel helper was picking up a pixel that I knew was working on my site, nor my Google Tag Manager inspector in debug mode. I had updated Chrome, went through several blogs and forums. Ultimately, it was my duckduckgo browser plugin that was blocking it for privacy reasons. Funny enough, Pixel Helper was still working on 3rd party sites, including pixelyoursite, but none of my own properties. Anyone know why this would be the case?

    1. Thank you so much for leaving this post, Jared. It was a life-ling in an Internet ocean of non-help. DuckDuckGo stopped FB’s Event Manager from detecting the pixel. Long, tedious, useless searching for weeks. Absolutely no help from FB “support.” They had no clue. Trying, this, trying that, shaving the yak over and over. This finally gave us the thread to follow. And it worked.

  41. Hi there,
    Getting this error code. WARNINGS
We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.

Pixel Helper says it has found 1 pixel.

This is just for view content.

    Any ideas how to fix?

  42. Hello, since two days i have this warning and on some pages the pege view dont work. Ad Blocker is of and i dont know whats wrong, before everthing works fine. Do u have any Idea?

  43. Hi, my FB pixel is installed correctly but I keep getting an error saying that my product ID / SKU don’t match my catalog on FB. I have tried adding in metatags, I’ve tried adding EAN codes for each product. I don’t understand what the issue is. Is there anyone that knows how to overcome this problem. If so, please share how to do it step-by-step, together with any code required. It’s super frustrating.

  44. Hi, My pixel is working fine. I just want to remove a warning about the event InitiateCheckout on the cart page where people must click the checkout button in order to initiate the checkout process. How can I get rid of the warning when everything is working fine?
    thanks

  45. Hi!

The tip with turning the ad blocker off was spot on, thank you!

I am facing an issue that I cannot seem to find a solution to – my pixel fires twice for add to cart (http://prntscr.com/pv8muk). I have installed it using GTM and I also have an event set in Ads Manager. I cannot figure out if one of them is not working properly or if there’s other problem. Any suggestions?

    1. We will issue an update for it. There is some empty code related to Advanced Matching data that we need to remove when no data is available. It’s not creating any real issues.

  46. Hi everyone!!

I am getting this error “We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.”

Please @Markus Muhonen, don’t post the same solution because I don’t use GTM.

    Please help me.
    Thanks

  47. Hi
I am receiving the “one or more of your “initiatecheckout” events have invalid event value parameters.” and “one or more of your “view content” events have invalid event value parameters.” notifications on my webshop.

    How do I fix this?

  48. Hello,

I am using pixelyoursite for even tracking in my website.

At Events Manager, Overview, i am receiving this notification:

“This pixel is installed on 6 websites. View the total events being received from each website this pixel is installed on”

I see there some other separate websites, other than my client’s website (they are business websites, not Facebook or Google). I checked with Pixel Helper extension, and these websites dont even have a pixel.

Any help why i am receiving this notification and if i need to procees to any action?

    Thank you in advance

  49. My Facebook pixel is installed and connected to my shopify store but when I test my pixel it shows no activity on my page and also I get this message, ” We detected event code but the pixel has not activated for this event, so no information was sent to Facebook. This could be due to an error in the code, but could also occur if the pixel fires on a dynamic event such as a button click.” there is no documentation from Facebook or shopify so I am lost!

  50. Hi.

I made an error in the installation of Facebook pixel in my ads. upon verification, the pixel number that appears in my lead capture page is different from my pixel number.

How do I fix this? Is it okay to delete your Facebook pixel and install it again?

    Thank you for your assistance.
